The Adelman Peony Gardens north of Salem, by Brooks, Oregon, is home to countless gorgeous peony flowers. If you like peonies, this is the place for you, not just to look at but to buy and take home. Visiting the gardens on a scorching hot Monday in May, Elaine and I were a little too early in the season for most of the blooms, but there was still plenty to see.
